The role
A well-established Dubai-based interiors and fit-out contractor is building out its site delivery team for a major structural works package in Dubai. We're looking for a Senior Site Manager who has run reinforced concrete frame construction at height and who has come up through the ranks of a Tier 1 main contracting organisation in the UAE.
This is a senior, hands-on site leadership role — you'll own the day-to-day delivery of the RC frame, not sit behind a desk while someone else runs the site.

The role

We're looking for a Senior Site Manager who has run reinforced concrete frame construction at height and who has come up through the ranks of a Tier 1 main contracting organisation in the UAE.
This is a senior, hands-on site leadership role — you'll own the day-to-day delivery of the RC frame, not sit behind a desk while someone else runs the site.
What you'll be doing
- Day-to-day site management of a reinforced concrete frame package, including core walls, columns, slabs and post-tensioned elements
- Sequencing and programme control across multiple work fronts, working to a tight high-rise cycle
- Managing, directing and holding to account subcontractor packages — formwork, rebar, concrete supply and pumping
- Driving quality: concrete finishes, cover, dimensional tolerance and snag-free handover between floors
- Enforcing HSE to the standard expected on a Tower crane–driven vertical site — permits, working at height, lifting operations
- Coordinating with the consultant, structural engineer and clerk of works on inspections and approvals
- Leading daily briefings, toolbox talks and site progress reporting to the Construction Manager
- Managing materials, plant and labour resourcing against a live programme
- 10+ years' site management experience, with at least 5 on reinforced concrete frame projects
- A track record with a Tier 1 main contractor in the UAE — this is a firm requirement, not a preference
- Demonstrable experience on high-rise or complex RC frame structures, not low-rise or villa work
- Strong command of formwork systems, post-tensioning and high-volume concrete placement
- Sound working knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DDA and UAE building regulations and inspection regimes
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar
- Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
- UAE driving licence and availability to start on a Dubai site
