Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation and a strong background in software development. As an SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing frameworks and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium and Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies that align with Agile methodologies. - Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality. - Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to increase efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor junior team members and share best practices in test automation.
