Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust backend services and APIs. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js). Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Work with databases (SQL and No SQL), ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production and development environments. Contribute to architectural discussions and technology decisions. Stay current with emerging backend technologies and best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of professional experience in backend software development. Proficiency in at least one major backend programming language (e.g., Java, Python, Go, Node.js). Strong understanding of API design principles (RESTful) and microservices architecture. Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgre SQL, My SQL) and/or No SQL databases (e.g., Mongo DB, Cassandra). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience in an Agile development environment is preferred. Benefits
