Senior engineer at Elitez Group (a Singapore employment agency hiring for a client) building and maintaining high-reliability enterprise applications in Python, Java, C++, Rust, Go or TypeScript — microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native deployments on Docker/Kubernetes with AWS or Azure. Salary: $10,000 – $15,000 per month
Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain high-reliability enterprise software applications.
Develop software using languages such as Python, Java, C++, Rust, Go or TypeScript, depending on project needs.
Implement secure and scalable software architectures, including microservices and cloud-native solutions.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, messaging services and event-driven applications.
Guide software developers and support technical design, code reviews and development best practices.
Develop and execute unit, integration and system-level testing.
Support application deployment, integration, validation and production troubleshooting.
Implement software safety, cybersecurity and reliability practices.
Maintain technical documentation, test records and development procedures.
Requirements
Qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
Strong knowledge of microservices, integration patterns and RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with event streaming, messaging middleware or publish/subscribe systems.
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and cybersecurity principles.
Experience with containerised deployments and technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm and Terraform for cloud-agnostic solutions.
AWS or Azure implementation experience is advantageous.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, automated testing or test-driven development.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration and technical leadership skills.
