Senior Specialist - SAP-ABAP HANA
As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering SAP technical solutions across various projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in implementing, rolling out, migrating, enhancing, and supporting SAP systems. - Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
- Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions, including customization and enhancement.
- Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
- Document and maintain technical design and development artifacts, ensuring knowledge transfer.
- Participate in project planning, estimating, and resource allocation, providing technical expertise.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting effective communication and knowledge sharing.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on S/4HANA.
- Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
- Expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, ABAP Dictionary, and SAP UI technologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP technical architecture and integration concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Good knowledge of database concepts and SQL, preferably with SAP HANA experience.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
