Senior Specialist - SAP-ABAP HANA

We are looking for an experienced and skilled SAP ABAP Lead to join our dynamic team and take charge of designing, developing, and delivering SAP technical solutions. As a key member of the S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, you will play a vital role in implementing, rolling out, migrating, enhancing, and supporting SAP projects. Your expertise in SAP ABAP, S/4HANA, and technical architecture, coupled with your ability to lead and collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders, will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

• Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Design, develop, and implement SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Drive the migration and enhancement of SAP systems, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of SAP applications by conducting thorough testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support and resolve complex issues during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project deliverables.
• Document and maintain technical specifications, design documents, and project artifacts.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture.
• Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in SAP project management, including implementation, rollout, and support.
