Senior System Analyst – Payments Technology

Salary: $7,500 – $9,500 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Perform system and technical analysis for regional payment solutions, including system architecture, business requirements, system flows, and functional and non-functional requirements.

• Work closely with business, technical, and project teams to develop solution designs, functional specifications, and technical design documentation.

• Analyse business and technical requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and propose solutions to enhance system performance and support project objectives.

• Manage and coordinate with external vendors, review deliverables, support quality assurance activities, and ensure solutions meet project requirements and standards.

• Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including test planning and execution for Unit Testing, System Testing, SIT, UAT, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Job Requirements

• At least 6–7 years of experience in System Analysis or Technical Analysis within the banking or financial services industry, with exposure to medium- or large-scale system implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of payment systems and financial messaging, including CBPR+, MEPS+, SWIFT MT, ISO 20022 MX, cross-border payments, domestic payment processing, message mapping, and related regulatory or compliance requirements.

• Hands-on experience in functional and technical specification preparation, full SDLC, system testing, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving. A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
