Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager (all genders) to join the Carrier Operations team to drive performance improvements of key carrier partnerships.

What you will do:

• Provide technical consultation to new partners during product implementation to ensure certification standards are met, and take responsibility for the support and growth of a portfolio of leading transport operators.

• Define and execute growth initiatives of both commercial and technical nature, coordinating with external and internal stakeholders across integrations, product, business development, and finance teams.

• Conceptualize and implement operational processes and tooling targeting automation.

• Build relationships to enhance engagement with our product, guiding development for our core offerings and increasing stickiness to our brand.

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Who you are:

• You bring 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g. Consulting/Product/Partnership teams in start-ups).

• Languages: You speak a relevant language to the geography of the role - Arabic at Fluent level

• You have a working knowledge of APIs and integration technologies, or a strong technical acumen and the ability to grasp new technologies quickly.

• You naturally build strong commercial and technical relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

• You possess strong data analytics skills, enabling you to derive valuable insights to drive business decisions.

• You are effective in cross-functional project management, collaborating closely with both product and engineering teams.

• You have a strong attention to detail, and you often find bugs or mistakes in products and proactively fix them.
