In this pivotal, multi-faceted role, you will bridge the gap between application delivery and client success.
Key responsibilities
Take full ownership of client-side UAT verification—ensuring complete accuracy in New Zealand payroll logic, tax rules, and statutory compliance
Directly support enterprise clients across New Zealand through feature presentations
Conduct system training
Perform deployment verification
Obtain application sign-offs
Complete system documentation
