About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Integration Test Analyst to join a technology project within an iconic Australian retail organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an inflight project focused on complex retail, digital & supply chain solutions. The role will play a critical part in ensuring the quality, reliability and seamless integration of business-critical systems across a sophisticated omnichannel retail environment.

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Test Analyst who brings strong integration testing experience, a sound understanding of retail technology and, importantly, knowledge of how digital platforms, supply chain systems and fulfilment operations work together.

You will need to be comfortable stepping into an established project, quickly understanding the existing technology landscape and contributing to testing activities from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end integration test plans, scenarios and test cases

• Perform hands-on manual integration testing, validating system interfaces, data flows and transactional processes across multiple platforms.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, solution architects and business stakeholders to understand requirements, integration points and potential risks.

• Test complex retail, digital and supply chain workflows, ensuring seamless integration between customer-facing digital platforms and back-end operational systems.

• Validate end-to-end digital fulfilment processes, including online ordering, order management, inventory availability, click and collect, delivery and warehouse fulfilment.

• Test integrations across order management, warehouse management, inventory, distribution, ERP and other enterprise retail platforms.

• Identify, document, investigate and manage integration defects, working collaboratively with technical teams to drive timely resolution.

• Analyse test results and provide clear reporting on testing progress, risks, defect trends and overall quality.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and provide guidance and support to other members of the testing team.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst, with a strong background in integration testing across complex, enterprise-level applications.

• Demonstrated experience working within large-scale retail environments, with a strong understanding of retail technology ecosystems and business processes.

• A sound understanding of digital retail and omnichannel environments, including eCommerce platforms, online ordering and digital customer journeys.

• Strong knowledge of digital fulfilment processes and how digital platforms integrate with back-end supply chain operations.

• A solid understanding of complex supply chain environments, including order management, inventory management, warehouse management, distribution, logistics and fulfilment.

• Experience testing integrations across multiple enterprise systems, validating interfaces, data flows and end-to-end transactional processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate complex integration issues and identify root causes.

• Experience using test management and defect tracking tools, with the ability to effectively document test scenarios, results and defects.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical teams, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.

• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Highly regarded

• Experience with Manhattan supply chain solutions, such as Manhattan Active, Oracle SCM or Blue Yonder will be highly regarded.

• Experience working across integrations involving OMS, WMS, ERP, eCommerce, inventory and fulfilment platforms.

• Previous involvement in large-scale retail technology transformations or omnichannel programs.

• An understanding of complex retail supply chain architecture and the dependencies between upstream and downstream systems.
