We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user experience design, visual design, design systems, wireframing, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and interaction patterns.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive and seamless user experiences.
- Review implemented designs and ensure pixel-perfect execution.
- Mentor junior designers and provide design guidance when required.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, AI, Adobe Photoshop (image editing), and Adobe Illustrator (graphic design).
- Experience in creating design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of usability standards and accessibility guidelines.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend development workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
