Senior UI / UX Developer - React/TypeScript

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior UI / UX Developer to lead end-to-end experience design and front-end development. The role involves translating interaction designs into production-ready React / TypeScript interfaces that are accessible, performant, and aligned with a shared design system.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead UI/UX design for complex product workflows, including document hubs, admin panels, dashboards, and review flows, from wireframes to polished interfaces.

- Develop production-ready front ends using React and TypeScript while maintaining design-system and token consistency.

- Define information architecture for multi-application shells, authenticated sessions, and data-intensive interfaces.

- Collaborate with product and backend teams to improve usability and address empty states, error states, and edge cases.

- Ensure accessibility (WCAG), responsive layouts, theming, and Core Web Vitals performance.

- Gather user feedback and translate findings into actionable UI improvements.

- Review front-end pull requests with a focus on UX quality and consistency, alongside code quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

- B.Tech degree.

- 10+ years of experience delivering product UIs, with proven senior or lead-level ownership.

- Strong proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools, along with production experience in React and TypeScript.

- Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

- Experience with authenticated Single Page Application (SPA) patterns and complex data-driven interfaces.

- Strong design critique and collaboration skills with product and engineering stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

- Experience building AI-assisted interfaces or chat/tool UIs with grounded answers and citations.

- Exposure to Storybook, visual regression testing, or design tokens.

- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions using CSS or Framer Motion.
