Senior UX Consultant
Summary
Designs intuitive digital banking and investment experiences from scratch, leading UX projects and collaborating with stakeholders using Figma, Adobe XD, Jira, and Confluence.
Type of contract: B2B contract
Salary range: 144 - 178 PLN/H
What will you do?
You will join a team building a new digital banking experience from scratch, focused on investments and designed to compete with leading fintech platforms. The project combines the scale of a large organisation with the speed and autonomy of a start-up, giving you real influence over the product during discovery and further development across areas such as onboarding, accounts, investing and portfolios.
Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end UX projects in collaboration with business stakeholders, analysts and developers
- Design intuitive user experiences for digital banking and investment products
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UX concepts for desktop and mobile solutions
- Facilitate UX workshops to gather business needs and define product requirements
- Support the discovery phase by testing ideas and shaping product direction
- Work closely with a team of UX designers on a large-scale product
- Present and defend UX decisions in the context of business goals
- Use Figma, Adobe XD, Jira and Confluence in daily project work
- Contribute to the development of onboarding, accounts, investing and portfolio journeys
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in UX design
- At least 2 years of experience designing solutions for banks in the area of digital channels
- Experience in UX design for financial products, especially investment-related products such as trading, funds or investment portfolios
- Ability to independently lead UX projects and work directly with business stakeholders, analysts and developers
- Experience in facilitating UX workshops and translating business needs into product requirements
- Experience working with Figma and Adobe XD
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working on internal projects, mainly desktop-based
- Experience collaborating with several UX designers on one large-scale solution
- Ability to negotiate and present UX recommendations in the context of business objectives
- Hybrid work in Warsaw (2 office days per week)
