About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the design and delivery of user-centered digital products and services. The successful candidate will have extensive experience designing complex digital experiences from concept through production, conducting user research, translating insights into actionable design solutions, and collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders.
This role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in end-to-end UX and product design, including research, information architecture, user journeys, wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Create effective, user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for digital products and services.
  • Lead the design of complex digital services from concept through production while maintaining high UX standards and performance measures.
  • Design and improve the overall functionality of products to ensure an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  • Apply a user-centered design approach and continuously test, evaluate, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Conduct generative and evaluative user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other research methodologies.
  • Develop user research plans, recruit participants, facilitate research sessions, analyze findings, and communicate actionable insights.
  • Translate research findings into user-centered design deliverables, including:
    • Personas
    • Empathy maps
    • Customer and user journey maps
    • Service blueprints

    • Information architecture

    • Wireframes

  • Create and maintain design blueprints, presentations, reports, mood boards, and collaboration boards.
  • Research and apply industry best practices to improve design outcomes.
  • Use web analytics, visitor feedback, performance metrics, and other data sources to inform design decisions.
  • Identify design challenges and develop practical, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
  • Make strategic UX and design decisions related to existing and new product features.
  • Gather and incorporate user feedback to improve and optimize existing interfaces.
  • Facilitate and communicate the client's product vision through research, ideation, sketching, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Design experiences optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, including web and mobile applications.
  • Present design concepts, rationale, recommendations, and advice clearly to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams, business subject matter experts, product teams, and other designers.
  • Facilitate design discussions, workshops, stakeholder conversations, and negotiations.
  • Work collaboratively within Agile product development teams.
  • Iterate design work based on stakeholder, team, and user feedback.
  • Collaborate and share design responsibilities with multiple designers on complex product deliveries.
  • Manage competing priorities while consistently meeting project deadlines.

  • Experience leveraging web analytics, visitor feedback, and performance metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Strong ability to articulate and defend design rationale in collaborative environments involving multiple stakeholders.

Portfolio Requirement – Mandatory
Candidates must provide a link to their professional UX/Product Design portfolio as part of their submission.
The portfolio should demonstrate relevant experience in designing digital products and services and showcase end-to-end UX design capabilities, including research, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and final product designs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced UX professional with a strong combination of UX strategy, user research, interaction design, product design, prototyping, stakeholder engagement, and Agile delivery experience. They must be comfortable leading complex digital design initiatives, working with cross-functional teams, presenting to stakeholders, and translating user insights into intuitive and impactful digital experiences.
