We are looking for a Senior VDI Operations Engineer (Citrix & VMware) to join our global infrastructure team and support the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing virtual desktop services.
As a Senior VDI Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments across Citrix, VMware, and Omnissa platforms. You will work closely with global teams to ensure service stability, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Support, administer, and optimise Citrix and VMware VDI environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and service-related incidents.
- Manage Incident, Request, Change, and Problem records in line with ITIL processes.
- Support security compliance activities and remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and operations teams.
- Contribute to operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Participate in major incident management and service continuity activities
