Senior Vertical Strategy Manager F&B

You own the commercial growth and performance of the food and beverage vertical. You define global commercial strategy, create go-to-market playbooks and business cases, analyze customer behavior, guide product and partnership strategy, represent customer needs, develop segmentation, and identify growth opportunities, risks, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Own the health and performance of the food and beverage vertical
• Define and drive the global commercial strategy for food and beverage
• Create go-to-market playbooks, competitive analyses, and business cases
• Act as an internal and external food and beverage subject matter expert
• Analyze customer behavior to identify product and partnership opportunities
• Provide vertical trends, opportunities, and customer pain points for product prioritization
• Inform product pricing and packaging strategies
• Provide vertical context for commercial enablement
• Develop and maintain customer segmentation
• Identify revenue growth and market expansion opportunities
• Identify strategic opportunities and risks from industry trends, technologies, and regulations

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of the food and beverage industry or food and beverage vertical SaaS
• Expertise in payments or financial technology
• Ability to develop data-backed strategies
• Experience with go-to-market strategy and execution
• Ability to create data-driven business cases from customer feedback
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to travel up to 25% of the time, including internationally
