- Cloud Infrastructure & IaC: Hands-on experience provisioning and managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
- Build & Platform Systems: Experience configuring and managing automated orchestration/build platforms (e.g., Unreal Horde, Jenkins, or TeamCity), preferably with Game Engines (Unreal Engine, Unity, etc.).
- Source Control Management: Strong working knowledge of version control systems and workflow strategies (GitHub, Perforce/Helix Core, Git-flow, branch management).
- Work Execution: Proven ability to manage moderate-to-complex technical tasks independently, break down project deliverables, and communicate status accurately.
Bonus Points:
- Experience writing server-side logic and managing database dependencies for live applications or multiplayer services.
- Have worked in, or has a strong interest in the gaming industry
- Interest in infrastructure deployment and monitoring
- Interest in mentoring junior team members or interns, framing task deconstruction, and conducting technical interviews.
- Familiarity with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure security best practices.
