SERVICE SALES COORDINATOR (CONTRACT)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Service Sales in proposal focusing on customer’s needs. Upgrades, Retrofits, Service Agreement and Support, Spare Parts, Technical training.
• Drive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals – tracking contract expiry pipelines and proactively engaging customers ahead of renewal dates to minimize lapses in coverage.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Negotiate upgrades, service contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favourable terms for both parties.
• Collaborate to review and finalize contract.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer communication.
• Other ad hoc task as requested.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in service sales, with at least 3 years of experience
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Dynamic and results-oriented
