The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will play a crucial role in transforming business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that our ServiceNow platform is optimized for performance and scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications. - Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and others, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. - Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate tracking of IT assets and services. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. - Participate in RFP and RFI processes, providing technical expertise and insights to support business development efforts. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, recommending enhancements to improve service delivery. Required Skills: - Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB. - Proven experience in architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions. - Familiarity with RFP and RFI processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
