We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with expertise in various modules including GRC, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring that the solutions meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. - Utilize UI Builder to create intuitive user interfaces that improve user experience. - Implement Agentic AI capabilities to enhance automation and decision-making processes within ServiceNow. - Manage and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. - Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications, resolving issues in a timely manner. - Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong knowledge of GRC, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB modules. - Experience with UI Builder and creating custom applications. - Familiarity with Agentic AI and its application within ServiceNow. - Understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills.
