Job Description

Mission AI Consulting is looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers / Architects with strong expertise in HAM Pro, SAM Pro, IntegrationHub, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Lead technical development and architecture for HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Design and develop integrations using IntegrationHub.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Perform ServiceNow scripting, configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in HAM Pro and SAM Pro.
• Expertise in IntegrationHub.
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and platform development.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
• Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
