Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex order management solutions within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, ensuring that our ServiceNow platforms effectively support critical Order Management (OMT) and Service Order Management (SOMT) workflows. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in customizing the platform to meet specific organizational needs while maintaining system integrity and scalability. Responsibilities
- Architect and execute comprehensive ServiceNow development projects, focusing specifically on Order Management (OMT) and Service Order Management (SOMT) modules.
- Design sophisticated technical solutions that align with business objectives and ensure seamless integration across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements to translate complex operational needs into precise technical specifications and functional designs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for ServiceNow enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimizations.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow Order Management framework to support unique business processes and workflow automation.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom applications, scripts, and configurations to extend the native capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate that technical deliverables meet all defined business requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow Development and full-lifecycle Implementation, with a strong focus on OMT and SOMT modules.
- Demonstrated ability in Technical Solution Design for complex enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in Business Requirement Analysis to effectively gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder needs.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Enhancements, including scripting, workflow automation, and UI customization.
- Specialized knowledge in ServiceNow Order Management (OMT/SOMT) and deep familiarity with OMT/SOMT Development practices.
- Extensive background in Order Management Configuration and Customization within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow development and implementation roles.
- Ability to work within a competitive compensation range of ₹50 LPA, reflecting the seniority and specialized skill set required for this position.
