ServiceNow Developer
Summary
A 1-year contract role in Portugal (€280/day) for a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years' experience. The person develops ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM enhancements, integrations and self-service solutions, and drives automation for deployments, monitoring and support using REST/SOAP, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, Ansible and Terraform.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform architecture in a multi-module environment.
Key skills: ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM, system integrations and process automation, REST/SOAP APIs, Active Directory/Azure AD/LDAP, PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, SQL and databases. Experience with ServiceNow Orchestration, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS EKS/AKS and development tools/code repositories is desirable. ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow certification are preferred.
Responsibilities: Drive automation for application support, deployments, monitoring and alerting; develop ServiceNow enhancements, integrations and self-service solutions; support upgrades; coordinate releases; create support tools, reports and documentation; and collaborate with offshore, onsite, IT and business teams.
Fluent English required; French is a plus
