Servicenow Solution Architect - IT Asset Management (ITAM)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to design, architect, and implement scalable enterprise asset management solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), asset lifecycle management, CMDB integration, and enterprise solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow ITAM solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture requirements.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, design principles, and implementation best practices.
• Configure and optimize asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, software licensing, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with CMDB, Discovery, procurement, ERP, and third-party systems.
• Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Guide development teams, review technical designs, and ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Support software license optimization, compliance audits, reclamation, and asset governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and enterprise architects to drive ITAM transformation initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform best practices and ITIL-aligned processes.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise solution design.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and asset lifecycle processes.
• Experience with CMDB, CSDM, ServiceNow Discovery, and asset data management.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, workflows, Business Rules, scripting, and platform configuration.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with procurement, ERP, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions, stakeholder workshops, and technical implementation teams.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Hardware Asset Management or Software Asset Management.
• Experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro, SAM Pro, software license compliance, and optimization.
• Knowledge of ITIL, ITAM governance, and enterprise implementation methodologies.
• Experience designing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of overall relevant IT and ServiceNow experience, with substantial solution architecture responsibility.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to independently drive solution design and implementation across multiple teams.
• Willingness to travel to Hyderabad as required.
