Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SOMT Architect with strong expertise in Telecom Service Management and end-to-end telecom order lifecycle architecture, preferably in telecom/fiber service environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ServiceNow SOMT architecture for telecom and fiber services.
- Define Quote-to-Order, Order-to-Cash and Order-to-Fulfillment processes.
- Design and manage MACD (Move, Add, Change and Disconnect) workflows.
- Define telecom product, service and resource lifecycle management.
- Design ServiceNow SPM/PPM integration with SOMT order and service lifecycle processes.
- Work with Projects, Project Tasks, Dependencies, Milestones, Project Charters and SPM Epics.
- Design integrations across CRM, CPQ, Billing, Inventory, OSS/BSS, Network OSS and ERP platforms.
- Recommend scalable, reusable and maintainable ServiceNow architecture.
- Identify opportunities to use standard ServiceNow capabilities versus custom extensions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams on solution design and architecture.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of overall IT / Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SOMT / Telecom Service Management.
- Telecom or Fiber domain experience.
- Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Fulfillment lifecycle.
- MACD process knowledge.
- ServiceNow SPM / PPM.
- Experience with telecom OSS/BSS integrations.
- Enterprise integration and solution architecture experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
