Responsibilities
- Process sales orders and generate invoices accurately and promptly
- Handle purchase order processing and ensure correct documentation
- Prepare shipping documents including Commercial Invoice and Packing List
- Coordinate with customers to provide updates on order status and shipping arrangements
- Liaise with suppliers on order fulfillment and shipment schedules
- Work closely with warehouse teams to arrange daily delivery operations
- Support additional logistics assignments as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping or logistics support
