As a site engineer, you will play a key role in bringing our innovative designs to reality, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. We are looking for a proactive, resourceful professional with 5–8 years of experience who is eager to collaborate, lead, and contribute to outstanding project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and work progress.
  • Identify technical issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, site documentation, and project updates.
  • Monitor resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Attend project meetings and communicate project status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, interior design, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in site engineering, construction supervision, or project execution.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control procedures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
