Required Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills in systems infrastructure engineering.
Desired Experience (Nice to Have)


Experience supporting build workloads running on On-Prem VMWare based virtual machines.
Experience supporting Mobile App or Mobile Gaming build workloads involving platforms such as
Unity, Unreal Engine, Xcode, Android Studio, and Fastlane.
Responsibilities

Implement, maintain, and support backend server and micro-services infrastructure for studio
titles across various technology stacks.

Develop and maintain automation tools for development, testing, operations, and IT
infrastructure.




Provide 24/7 on-call support for production outages via PagerDuty.
Collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to communicate impacts and status.
Define and establish development, testing, release, and support processes for SRE operations.
Monitor lifecycle processes to ensure adherence, and iterate on processes to minimize workflow
times.


Design, develop, and advocate for automated processes wherever possible.
Identify and deploy cybersecurity measures through continuous vulnerability assessment and risk
management.



Manage incident responses and perform thorough root cause analysis.
Monitor and measure customer experience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
and improve release velocity.
