- Demonstrable experience of delivering high-quality software solutions in line with business needs and timescales
- Ability to write maintainable, testable, high-performing software
- Understanding of software best practices, design principles, and patterns
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Sybase
- Desirable: experience using a JavaScript framework such as Sencha Ext-JS
