Software Developer / Programmer - based in Kulai
Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 per month
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Involve in designing, development, and implementation of web application in support of the factory operation.
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to minimize the application downtime and disruptions.
Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of newly deployed web applications.
To create and maintain the application documentation, including specifications, process flows, and user manuals as well as maintenance checklist.
Assessing and monitoring the safeguards of the application and its database to comply with ISO27001 ISMS.
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in digitization and process automation.
To perform daily backup checking of the application and its database.
Involve in maintaining the SQL database and application performance.
Involve in requirement gathering and draft out application workflow.
Respond to the Application Change Request ticket in timely manner.
Ensure compliance to FTM’s ISO9001/14001 and 27001 policies and standards
Ensure compliance to RBA policies and standards
Any other reasonable task assigned by superior or management
JOB REQUIREMENT
Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in developing websites.
Proficiency in programming languages in PHP, Javascript, C++, SQL, HTML, CSS and others.
Research, design and develop applications using web technologies and actively involve in designing, coding and testing of the applications technology.
Implementation, support and management of projects, these shall include knowledge activities of pre-LIVE, during LIVE and post LIVE including training, preparation of documentation and system support
Experience in mobile app development is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem solving in programming.
