As Software Development Manager, you hold a pivotal people-first role within our development organization, reporting directly to the CTO. Rather than writing code or architecting systems, your mission is to support the people who do - leading a diverse group of 10-15 engineers as a dedicated coach. Together with your team, you build a thriving engineering culture that blends hard and soft skills. And you don't stop at day-to-day coaching: you look for ways to remove friction and help the team work smarter, including with AI.
