Software Engineer – Associate
Summary
Associate software engineer building and maintaining web apps, websites, and IT systems while collaborating with teams to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Engineer - Associate to join our team. This role will assist in the development, maintenance, implementation, and improvement of the company's software applications, website, and IT systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, IT teams, and external vendors to understand system requirements, support system implementation, troubleshoot technical concerns, and maintain reliable and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in identifying and documenting system requirements for different business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Assist in developing, testing, maintaining, and improving software applications.
Support system enhancements, updates, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
Assist in designing and improving UI/UX for company systems and applications.
Coordinate with the IT team, system administrators, vendors, and other departments during system implementation and integration.
Assist in installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining server hardware and software.
Set up, maintain, and update the company website and other software applications.
Assist in monitoring system performance and resolving technical issues.
Support data integrity, system security, and proper access controls.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system procedures, and configuration records.
Provide basic technical support to internal users when needed.
Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate IT personnel or external vendors.
Perform other IT-related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of programming, software development, web development, databases, or system administration.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, or similar programming languages is an advantage.
Basic understanding of databases, servers, networking, and information security is preferred.
Internship, academic projects, personal projects, or relevant IT training is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
