Responsibilities
- Launch Bugbot features end-to-end
- Evolve the review pipeline through prompting, model routing, context selection, and agent orchestration
- Build workflow integrations
- Monitor review precision and recall and triage false positives
- Improve review-pipeline observability
- Design onboarding and adoption flows
- Own product quality, reliability, and the AI code-review experience
Requirements
- Experience with agents integrated into code review or CI/CD workflows
- Experience shipping full-stack features end-to-end
- Knowledge of frontend, backend, and model integration
- Knowledge of developer experience
- Experience collecting and using evaluations
- Experience launching products or features to external users
