Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend and frontend applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement REST APIs.
- Integrate applications with databases, third-party services, and internal systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
- Perform debugging, testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA Engineers, and other Software Engineers.
- Help improve application performance, reliability, and security.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Engineer, or Full-Stack Engineer.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals and software engineering principles.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Go, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or other relevant languages. Go and JavaScript are preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, authentication, and authorization.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of clean code principles, modularity, error handling, and software testing.
- Ability to debug and analyze problems systematically.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Experience with Redis, message queues, or asynchronous processing.
- Understanding of observability concepts, including logging, metrics, and tracing.
- Experience building scalable and highly available systems.
- Understanding of basic application security practices, including OWASP, API security, and secrets management.
