Software Engineer

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join a multi-national team and work on electronics- or telecommunications-related projects.

Tasks

• Full-stack software development for instrument control and system applications.
• Specify, design, debug, and implement code for software modules.
• Perform code refactoring and optimization of new and legacy codes.
• Quality assurance, maintenance and further enhancement of existing software components.
• Write and update documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in object-oriented programming (e.g. C++/C#/Java) and scripting languages.(Python/PowerShell). Prior experience using Java or C# will be an advantage.
• Comfortable working in Windows and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with software development tools (e.g. Visual Studio, Jetbrains, Git, Artifactory), agile software development tools and practices (e.g. Jira, SCRUM), and multithreaded programming knowledge will be an advantage.
• Independent, structured, self-motivated and result-oriented.
