Software Engineer - Full Stack
One of our big tech clients is looking for an experienced Software Engineer to build and scale high-quality products used across global markets. You will work across frontend and backend systems, own features end-to-end, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and operations teams.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deliver complex software features end-to-end.
Build frontend applications, APIs, and backend services using technologies such as JavaScript, Python, and PHP/Hack.
Work with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
Participate in technical design and architecture discussions.
Build scalable, reliable systems capable of supporting large numbers of users.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Support, Platform, and Operations teams.
Write unit and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
Take ownership of projects throughout the full software development lifecycle.
Contribute to automation and improvements across engineering and operational processes.
Requirements
2 - 4 years of strong full-stack software engineering experience.
Experience delivering products through the full SDLC.
Strong experience with JavaScript and at least one backend programming language such as Python or PHP.
Experience with React, Angular, Vue, or similar frontend frameworks.
Experience with Git, Mercurial, or similar source-control tools.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience delivering complex technical projects involving multiple teams.
Ability to influence technical decisions and work effectively with senior engineers.
Nice to Have
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM discipline.
Strong SQL and database experience.
Experience working with multiple programming languages in production.
Experience building enterprise-grade or large-scale consumer applications.
Support engineering experience.
Experience with privacy-focused or advertising-related products.
This is an initial contract role that is renewable.
