Southland Rubber is looking for a skilled Software Engineer to develop, maintain, and enhance our SLR+ digital platform, supporting mobile applications, web portals, and backend systems for supplier management, supply chain traceability, and sustainability operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain mobile applications (Android/iOS), web portals, and backend APIs.
Design and implement new features based on business requirements.
Maintain system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure platform reliability.
Implement secure authentication, access controls, and data protection measures.
Develop system integrations with ERP, Microsoft 365, and reporting tools.
Perform software testing, code reviews, deployment, and release management.
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate with internal teams to improve system functionality.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience.
Experience developing and releasing mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.
Proficiency in C#/.NET or Node.js, REST APIs, and SQL databases.
Knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React, Vue, or Next.js.
Understanding of authentication, role-based access control, and secure coding practices.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, and Docker.
Fluent in Thai with good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GPS, offline data synchronization, or field data collection applications.
Experience in supply chain, traceability, or compliance systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI, or Microsoft Power Platform.
