Software Engineer
Salary: RM 6,000 – RM 8,000 per month
At YoPrint, we help print shops and apparel decorators run their businesses with less hassle. Our software brings their day-to-day operations together, and we’re looking for a Software Engineer who is excited to help us make it better.
This is a full-time, 100% remote role. You’ll work directly with our CEO and COO, who are both engineers, and build features that real businesses use.
Fresh graduates are welcome! If you’re enthusiastic about AI, curious about how things work, and eager to learn by building, we’d love to hear from you. University projects, side projects, and personal experiments all count.
What you’ll do
Build and improve product features, interfaces, and tools that solve real problems for our customers.
Explore AI coding tools, agents, and automation, and turn promising ideas into working software.
Test, debug, and refine your work so the things you ship are reliable and easy to use.
Take ownership of your work, communicate clearly, and learn through feedback and hands-on experimentation.
What we’re looking for
A genuine interest in AI and a strong desire to learn what you can build with it.
Solid programming fundamentals and at least one project you can show us—a live app, working demo, website, or repository with screenshots.
Some familiarity with web development and JavaScript or TypeScript. React experience is a plus.
Curiosity, initiative, and the habit of trying things out independently.
A willingness to understand, check, and improve the code you ship, including code created with AI.
The ability to manage your work and collaborate in a fully remote team.
Eligibility to work in Malaysia without visa sponsorship.
There is no minimum number of years of professional experience. We welcome promising fresh graduates and early-career engineers with enthusiasm, practical projects, and a willingness to grow.
What’s in it for you
RM 6,000–RM 8,000 monthly salary.
100% remote work with flexible hours.
A MacBook Pro to work on.
Direct mentorship from a U.S.-based ex-Microsoft, ex-Amazon Principal Engineer.
Malaysian public holidays, EPF, and SOCSO.
A supportive, merit-based team where you can take ownership and keep learning.
