Software Programmer

Our client BRIGHT-WIN TECHNOLOGY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Software Programmer to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Develop software solutions: Design, develop and implement high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot systems: Debug existing software systems to support optimal performance.
• Support the full lifecycle: Participate in software development activities from concept through to deployment.
• Stay current with technology: Keep informed about the latest software development trends and technologies.
• Improve coding practices: Apply development best practices and continuously enhance coding standards.

Who are they looking for?

• Relevant experience: At least one year of experience as a Software Programmer or in a related position is preferred. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
• Programming capability: Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as PHP, JavaScript, Python, Android Studio or C#.
• Software foundations: A solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns and development methodologies.
• Technical knowledge: Experience with MySQL, APIs and web technologies; additional exposure to AI, clusterDB deployment, autoscaling or Kubernetes is welcome.
• Problem-solving ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support effective software solutions.
• Working style: Good communication, self-discipline, initiative, independent working ability and collaboration skills.
• Technology interest: A genuine interest in software development and staying informed about industry trends.
