Software Tester (Manual) – WFH 90%
Summary
Manual QA tester for an international SaaS company: testing web and mobile (iOS/Android) apps across booking, POS, operations, F&B, and membership features, writing/executing test cases, running regression tests, and reporting bugs, with AI tools to assist. Work-from-home 90%, based near Bangkok.
Salary: ฿45,000 – ฿65,000 per month
Our client is an international software company developing an all-in-one SaaS operating system tailored to a specific industry. They are looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of their web and mobile applications before each release.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual testing of web applications and mobile apps on iOS and Android.
Create and execute test cases covering booking, POS, operations, F&B, and membership management.
Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, expected results, and screenshots.
Conduct regression testing before each release and retest fixes to ensure issues are resolved.
Work closely with the engineering team to investigate and resolve reported issues.
Use AI tools to assist with test case creation and bug reporting.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in QA, software testing, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience in manual testing of web and mobile applications.
Familiarity with functional testing, regression testing, and bug reporting.
Experience with SaaS platforms, POS systems, or booking systems is an advantage.
Comfortable using AI tools to improve testing efficiency and documentation.
Fluent in Thai with strong English communication skills.
Thai nationality and currently based in or near Bangkok.
