Solution Engineer
Summary
Pre-sales Solution Engineer at a warehouse-automation provider in Bang Na, Bangkok: analyzes customer requirements, designs automation/smart-warehouse solutions, prepares technical proposals and system architecture, and supports sales demos and POCs. Key technologies: PLC, conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, WMS.
Salary: ฿35,000 – ฿50,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Analyze customer requirements and design Automation / Smart Warehouse solutions
Provide technical consultation and solution recommendations to customers
Prepare technical proposals, system architecture, and solution presentations
Support Sales team in customer meetings, demos, and technical discussions
Coordinate with internal engineering, project, and service teams
Estimate system cost, scope of work, and technical specifications
Support proof of concept (POC) and solution validation
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields)
Experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineer, or System Design roles is preferred
Knowledge of Automation systems, PLC, conveyors, AS/RS, robotics, WMS, or warehouse technologies is a plus
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Able to translate technical concepts into business value
Willing to travel to customer sites when required
