Solutions Architect（SA）

Salary: RM 18,000 – RM 25,000 per month

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own the go-to-market execution of cloud networking products in international markets (primarily Southeast Asia and Oceania), and take end-to-end accountability for business metrics including customer satisfaction, product revenue and penetration rate.

2. Analyze cloud networking technology trends, conduct market & industry research, gain deep insights into the global competitive landscape, formulate industry strategies, and identify data-backed opportunities to accelerate pipeline conversion and revenue growth.

3. Continuously iterate and innovate scalable cloud networking solutions. Work closely with local teams of the International Business Unit to support pre-sales, implementation and after-sales services, and drive product operations centered on overseas customer needs and value delivery.

Position Requirements

1. In-depth understanding of cloud networking products and solutions. Capable of designing, deploying and innovating solutions based on customer business requirements.

2. Well-versed in cloud and cloud networking industry, with independent insights on international markets. Possess solid vertical industry and customer operation expertise to develop industry strategies. Comfortable engaging with customer Directors/VPs and above, and clearly communicate technical value and business benefits.

3.Proficient in Chinese and English, capable of using both as working languages
