About the Team
The global Enterprise Solutions Engineering team leads the technical side of Enterprise Suite deals, from evaluation through implementation and ongoing account support. The Enterprise Suite includes our connectors, API, and MCP. Over the past year, the team proved product-market fit for the Enterprise Suite and Internal Content & Connectors, then took our first wave of enterprise customers from signed contract through implementation.
About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical relationship for clients adopting the Enterprise Suite. You will work with client technology and business teams from the first discovery call through trial, implementation, and launch, in coordination with Account Management. You will help clients decide what to build, get it into production, and expand their usage over time. Your technical skills let you earn client engineers’ trust and resolve issues quickly.
What You'll Do
- Own technical discovery with client engineering, data, and business leaders. You will map each client’s architecture and authentication requirements, and scope use cases for the Enterprise Suite.
- Partner with Account Executives on net new deals, Implementation on active rollouts, and Account Managers on existing accounts. You will carry technical ownership at every stage of the account.
- Own proofs of concept and trials that show how the Enterprise Suite fits each client’s workflows, and partner with Sales to move evaluations to close.
- Guide clients from signed contract to production. This includes authenticating GraphQL requests, deploying across cloud, and configuring SSO and SCIM provisioning.
- Serve as the technical owner for a portfolio of accounts and grow Enterprise Suite adoption and consumption as clients expand from their first team across the organization.
- Own technical escalations, such as authentication errors and credential or license problems, by testing API requests and reviewing logs. Turn patterns from the field into structured feedback for Engineering and Product.
- Build scripts and internal tools that scale how Support and Implementation teams handle client requests, such as permission updates and content ingestion.
Who You Are
Required
- 5+ years in a client-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, solutions architect, sales engineering, working with large enterprise clients.
- Skilled at open-ended discovery and asking insightful questions before recommending a solution.
- Adept at translating technical details into terms business stakeholders care about.
- Hands-on engineering experience, such as a software engineer or working on projects that show you can write and debug code.
- Understanding of REST or GraphQL APIs, identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM, and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
- Thrive in ambiguous, high-growth environments and can deliver for clients and solve new problems on your own while our playbooks and enablement are still being built.
- Strong preference for experience selling to or performing Analyst roles in Banking, Asset Management, Private Markets, or corporate and consulting teams in complex enterprise environments
Nice to Have
- Degree in computer science or a related technical field.
- Worked with MCP, LLM-based workflows, or AI agents.
