• Work schedule: Monday–Sunday, rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00 (full-time: 40h/week, 5 days/week, with 2 rotating days off)

✅ Project
As a Spanish Airline Customer Support Advisor, you will help passengers before, during and after their journey.
You will support booking-related requests, travel information and passenger assistance in an international airline project.
✅ As a Customer Support Advisor you will
• Support Spanish-speaking passengers by phone, email and chat
• Assist with reservations, booking changes, cancellations and travel-related questions
• Provide clear information about flights, services and available options
• Handle complaints, sensitive cases and back-office tasks
• Maintain accurate records and escalate complex cases when required
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system
• Base salary: €1,073.33 gross/month x12 or €920 gross/month x14 — you choose the payment schedule
• Fixed project bonus: €25 gross/month
• Welcome bonus: €1,000 gross in total, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately €83.33 gross during your first year of employment
• Performance bonus: up to €120 gross/month
• Meal allowance: €7.63 net/day, approximately €167.86 net/month, via meal card
Average monthly gross package during your first year: approximately €1,182–€1,302 gross/month, including the welcome bonus, approximately €168 net/month meal allowance

✅ Requirements
• Fluent Spanish at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written
• English at B2 level or higher, both spoken and written
• You live in Lisbon or are ready to relocate
• Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory — you will handle a high volume of calls
• Professional, customer-focused communication skills
✅ EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Portugal is required.
