Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative – Lisbon, Portugal

We are hiring Spanish and English-speaking professionals for an on-site Customer Service opportunity in Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work model: On-site
Languages: Spanish + C1 English
Base salary: €920 gross × 14 payments

Additional benefits:

• €7.63 food allowance per working day.
• €25 attendance bonus per 11 months.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Spanish for customer interactions.
• Strong C1 English, assessed through the Harver English test.
• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.

Working schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 21:00.
• Two rotating days off per week.

Work location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
