Raya Smart Buildings, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring an HR Operations Specialist.
Payroll administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including deductions, overtime, and compliance with labor laws.
Personnel management: Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Social insurance & governmental entities: Manage relationships with social insurance operations (form 1-2-6), labor bureau, and any other related entities.
Medical operations & benefits administration: Manage employee medical insurance enrollment, claims, and benefits, and liaise with providers for smooth operations.
Onboarding & off-boarding activities: Handle new joiners’ documents and exit formalities including clearance, final settlement, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Compliance & documentation: Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies; prepare reports for audits and inspections.
Employee support: Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and procedures.
Data reporting: Generate periodic HR reports (headcount, turnover, payroll summaries) for management decision-making.
Manage relationships with insurance providers, medical network, and payroll service vendors.
Support HR projects: Assist in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, policy updates, and system implementations.
Conduct employee investigations when needed.
Skills description
