Specialist (Talent Management)
Job description

Responsibilities:
- Organizational development (OD): support OD projects including culture programs, competency frameworks, and change management
- Learning & development administration: coordinate L&D activities, manage training calendars, and ensure accurate documentation
- Performance management: administer performance appraisal cycles, ensure timely completion, and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Employee surveys: plan, execute, and analyze employee surveys to identify trends and recommend action plans
- Talent programs: assist in succession planning, career development programs, and high-potential employee initiatives
- Data reporting: prepare reports on engagement, training effectiveness, and performance metrics for management review
- Policy compliance: ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures across all talent management activities
- Vendor coordination: liaise with external training providers and consultants for program delivery
- Support HR projects: participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Employee communication: manage employee communication within the company and on external portals
Skills description
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence and build relationships across levels
- Knowledge of OD principles and L&D best practices
- Familiarity with performance management systems
- Advanced PowerPoint and visual tools, MS Excel, and reporting skills
- 3-5 years in talent management, OD, or L&D
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- HR diploma
