ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator to join our engineering team. In this role, you will own the health, performance, and integrity of our database infrastructure across both on-premises and Azure environments. A core focus of this position is building and maintaining automated data quality and accuracy monitoring systems — ensuring our data pipelines stay clean, consistent, and trustworthy at scale. You will partner closely with developers and product managers to deliver reliable data solutions that power our customer-facing products.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Design and drive elegant solutions to complex backend and data architecture challenges.
Own data quality end-to-end — build automated validation pipelines, anomaly detection routines, and reconciliation processes that proactively surface data accuracy issues before they reach customers.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows across the data platform.
Evaluate tooling and technologies to shape the future of our data infrastructure — we value open-minded, forward-thinking approaches.
Leverage the full Azure ecosystem — including Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Automation Accounts — to streamline and modernize backend operations.
Collaborate with product managers and development teams to build and support new customer-facing features. Contribute to continuous improvement of backend data processes and database DevOps practices.
