The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of retail banking and financial instruments.

Drive deposit growth and cross-sell Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other financial products. Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction across all touchpoints. Manage branch operations, regulatory compliance, and team productivity. Achieve fee income targets and contribute to branch profitability. Collaborate with product, marketing, and vertical teams for service and sales enhancements. Lead and support branch staff with a tactical approach to execution and performance.
