Staff Product Manager Ecosystem

You will shape the strategy for expanding into new credit markets. You will evaluate opportunities such as custodied Bitcoin tokenized equities undercollateralized credit and credit card receivables. You will identify institutional needs design proof of concepts assess regulatory requirements and help launch new loan categories.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for expanding into new credit markets
• Size new markets using market data and competitive dynamics
• Identify institutional needs across use cases and industries
• Decide where to build and where to partner
• Design and run proof of concepts with new counterparty types
• Map regulatory compliance and registration requirements

Requirements

• Proven track record taking products from zero to one in greenfield markets
• Experience in crypto traditional finance or fintech
• Working grasp of how credit markets function
• Experience shipping products with regulatory or compliance requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to create clarity and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
• Ability to synthesize information and ramp up on unfamiliar industries and markets quickly
